Day 1
Arrival at Tunis Carthage Airport/ Transfer to the hotel in Tabarka/Guest house =185 Km

- Transfer to Tabarka.
- As you leave behind the hustle and bustle of Tunis, the road ahead begins to transform. The air grows fresher, carrying the earthy scent of nature. The deeper you travel, the more the green countryside envelops you—forests and farmland replace buildings, and vibrant wildflowers bloom along the roadside.

Dar El Karma/Activities During the Day/Khmir Night
We will enjoy a full day in Dar El karma, all Meals will be based on fresh farm product and Traditional Food.

Khmir Band is a traditional music group from northwest Tunisia, dedicated to preserving the cultural heritage of their ancestors. They combine storytelling and music, sharing the history behind their songs before performing them; vibrant traditional songs, and hadhra—a spiritual music and chanting practice deeply rooted in Tunisian traditions. They also perform songs honoring Sidi Abid, a revered wali salih (saint), adding a spiritual and historical dimension to their shows. Their captivating rhythms and melodies create an enchanting atmosphere, inspiring dance and celebration while passing this legacy to future generations.

Day 3
Ain Draham/ASSAK/la case del Formaggio/Hotel or Guest House in Ain Draham
- After Breakfast, check out and depart to Ain Draham.
- The road from Tabarka to Ain Draham is a true piece of heaven, offering stunning views of rivers, mountains, forests, and a beautiful water dam. It’s a scenic journey that immerses you in nature’s tranquility and beauty.
- Visit to ASSAK.
- La Casa Del Formaggio, visit with Lunch.
- Then Proceed finally, to discovery Eco-Hotel or Dar Monia or La Foret Hotel.
- Optional: VTT (mountain biking)

ASSAK
Kroumirian Carpet Weaving
- Explore the rich tradition of Kroumirian Carpet Weaving by immersing yourself in the local community of skilled women. Discover the intricate process of carpet making, characterized by its unique style and vibrant colors derived from the diverse flora of the mountains and plants in the region.
- Participate in a hands-on experience by creating your mini carpet.
- Additionally, savor the renowned “Asida” one of the region’s famous dishes and join the community in celebrating the cultural heritage of Kroumirian carpet weaving.
Day 4
La foret experience/El Kef/CuisArt/Hotel in Ain Draham
- After Breakfast, check out and depart to Visit La Foret (Natural and well- being experience).
- Workshop (2h)
- After the workshop, continue to discover el Kef.
- Proceed to CuisArt, workshop with Lunch.

Day 5
Dougga/The Oil Family Reserve ben Ismail in Toukaber with lunch/Tunis =236 Km
- After breakfast, depart to visit the Archeological site of Dougga: ( 105 Km = 2hr drive)
- Covering some 60 acres and laid out on a steep slope some 2,000 feet above the plain, Dougga was known as the “city of temples.” Visit the theater, which was used for the Dougga Drama festival and accommodates almost 3,500 people; the Temple of Saturn, under which was found evidence of a pre- Roman sanctuary dedicated to the Carthaginian god Gal; and the Temples of Augustan Piety and Mercury. The grandest structure is the Capitol which was dedicated to the gods Jupiter, Juno, and Minerva, and to the glory of co-emperors Marcus Aurelius and Lucus Verus.
- Proceed to the family reserve Ben Ismail ( 62 Km =1 hr Drive).
- The Family Reserve
- The Ben Ismail Family Reserve is located in Thuccabor, in Medjez El Bab in the governorate of Béja around an archaeological site from Roman times, the remains of a triumphal arch bear witness to this it is an area of 50 hectares where about 5000 feet of olive trees are cultivated offering a picturesque landscape.
- Visits are offered, enriched by marked educational hikes in the olive grove in order to better understand the specificities of this millennial tree.
- A visit to the oil mill is essential as well as to the farm to discover the different farms. An initiation session to oil tasting, in the newly renovated room, completes the whole thing.
- Also, we offer you the typical culinary riches of the region. Also, a shop is available to visitors in which the estate’s olive oil is displayed and sold, as well as all Triumph products.

Day 6
Bardo Museum/Medina Tunis/Panoramic Carthage/Sidi Bou Said= 100 Km
- After breakfast, depart visit the Bardo Museum (closes on Mondays) (30 min drive). One of the finest archaeological museums in the Mediterranean, particularly renowned for its fine collection of mosaics.
- The museum is housed in a former palace belonging to the Beys, rulers of Tunisia.
- Proceed to the Medina of Tunis (25 min drive)
Medina Tunis
- Continue to the Medina: we’ll see the “old Tunisia”, which includes the Medina, the “European” quarter built in the early 20th century, and the new modern suburbs.
- Visit the souks and colorful local markets.
- Discover the exquisite crafts of Tunisian artisans in the souks and experience Tunisia’s rich traditions and cultural heritage.
- Lunch in a Local Restaurant Dar el Jeld or Fondouk EL Attarine Restaurant.
- Proceed to Carthage (25 min Drive).
Day 7
Nabeul/ Domaine el Htouba harissa workshop and cooking class= 30 Km
Nabeul:
- Visit Nabeul an important handicrafts center most famous for pottery, distilled water from orange flowers, roses, and jasmine plants, and visit the pottery shop and meet the artisans while working on their artwork.
- Proceed to :
- Option 1 : Domaine el Htouba in Korba (35 min Drive).
- Option 2 : Douar Laroussi in Hammamet
- Return to the hotel, dinner and accommodation.
Day 8
Hammamet/Kairouan/Hammamet = 230 Km
- After breakfast, depart to Kairouan :
- Visit the Great Mosque of Uqba Bin Nafi, an important Islamic landmark and architecture that was built in the 9th century.
- Visit the Aghlabiden pool, a real water reservoir for Saint City.
- Visit the zaouia of SIDI SAHEB, known to be the prophet barber, home to the tomb of a companion of the Prophet, who, so they say, kept three hairs from the Prophet’s beard as a relic.
- Visit the old town (la Medina) and have free time in the souks. The markets (souks), and streets dedicated to commerce, divided up according to the trades, buzz with constant activity.
- Lunch in Nakcha restaurant in Kairouan.

Day 9
El Jem/Sousse/Hammamet = 325 Km
El Jem
- After Breakfast, depart to El Jem (01H40min Drive)
- Visit the famous Colosseum – the largest in the world after those in Rome and Capua built by the emperor Gordian with around 230 ADS, it could seat 30.000 people and has witnessed many a glorious spectacle.
- Visit Dar El Jem with Lunch.
- Workshop : Introductory Mosaic.
- Proceed to Sousse ( 65 Km = 1h 10 min drive)
Day 10
Hotel in Hammamet/Tunis Carthage airport = 65 Km
- Breakfast.
- Check out and transfer to the airport for final departure.
